The governance arm of CAQA Groups
CAQA GRC exists because we needed it ourselves. Running education, publishing and technology businesses under real regulatory scrutiny taught us what a governance platform has to do — and what it must never let slip.
Governance was our operating condition before it was our product
CAQA Groups — a Career Calling International initiative based in Craigieburn, Victoria — has spent decades operating in some of Australia's most closely regulated sectors. Boards, auditors, regulators and funders all asked the same question in different words: can you show me?
CAQA GRC is our answer, productised. It is the central register we wished every organisation kept: decisions beside the authority they were made under, risks beside the controls that hold them, obligations beside the evidence they were met.
It sits inside the CAQA ERP suite and cross-links to the family's dedicated platforms — CAQA Risk, CAQA Audit, CAQA Compliance, CAQA Policies and CAQA Incidents — so a growing governance function never has to migrate away, only step up.

Principles the platform is built on
A status without an artefact behind it is an opinion. Every register in CAQA GRC is built to carry its proof.
Frameworks do not review risks; named people do. Everything in the platform belongs to someone, with a date.
The board, the auditors and the management team should read the same numbers — drawn live, not re-keyed.
The platform holds the whole picture; the deep-module family is there the day one discipline needs its own workspace.
